I am delighted that the Court of Appeal has today completely vindicated me, and ordered costs in my favour, in the proceedings brought against me by ASIC.

I have today been served with civil penalty proceedings issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (“ASIC”) in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
